We require a $300 opening order and a $200 minimum for reorders.

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), ACH, or pre-paid check. Unless otherwise arranged, all payments will be processed at the time of shipment. Existing customers may apply for Net 30 terms. Late payments may incur a monthly fee until paid in full.
Processing and Shipping
We are usually able to process orders in 2-3 business days, however, this may vary. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us. Unless otherwise stated, all orders ship from Columbus, Ohio.
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and we ship via UPS. Expedited processing and shipping may be available for a fee. Sojourner Sage is not responsible for any delivery delays.
All of our products must be sold in their original packaging and sets should not be broken up and sold separately. All safety guidelines should be followed when displaying Sojourner Sage products. Failure to comply could result in the termination of your account.
Returns and Exchanges
We ask that all changes or cancellations be submitted via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing the order and may be subject to a restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 business days and the customer will be responsible for shipping. All merchandise must be returned intact, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customers will be notified of any backordered items and given an approximate ship date. Backordered product totals under $50 will be canceled, and product totals over $50 will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
Stores wishing to sell Sojourner Sage products online will be approved on a case-by-case basis as we are limiting the number of online retailers at this time. We simply request that you sell our products at the minimum advertised price. Customers are not permitted to sell our products on third-party websites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart.com, or any others without our express permission.
Marketing and Press
We will provide images and product information for retailers to use in their marketing and advertising. If you plan to seek any publicity or use our products in media appearances, we request that you let us know to ensure there are no conflicts or issues.
Retailers must agree to our terms and policies, and we reserve the right to stop selling to any stores that fail to comply.
